Public Information
Cherokee Blake is the Public Information Officer for the Gilpin
County Sheriff's Office and is the lead spokesperson and main media
contact for information on Sheriff's Office activities. The Public
Information Officer is responsible for originating and disseminating
press releases and other information to the media that may be of
public interest. The Public Information Officer is available for
response to media inquiries concerning the Sheriff's Office
Mon-Fri 8:00 -5:00 by calling 303-582-1060 or after hours by calling
the Dispatch Center at 303-582-5500.
